Igor's call, in full

The EU is a regulatory machine, and it is accelerating. I forecast that five major regulations stack on top of each other in less than 18 months, each expanding Brussels' authority, none of them put to a citizen vote. The roadmap is dense and dated: the Digital Services Act is fully in force; the AI Act enters strict obligations in August 2026; the e-Evidence Regulation kicks in August 2026; the Cyber Resilience Act follows in September 2026; and the digital euro pilots in 2027 with rollout in 2029. Each one expands the control stack. Your feeds get moderated, your messages could be scanned, and your borders read your face and fingerprints. If you live, work, or travel in the EU, act like your digital and physical identities are connected, because they are.

DSA IN FORCE. AI ACT AUG 2026. e-EVIDENCE AUG 2026. CYBER RESILIENCE ACT SEPT 2026. DIGITAL EURO 2027-2029.
