1. Who we are

References to "we", "us" and "our" mean the company above. References to "Igor" mean Igor Beuker personally where the context is his talks, predictions and public appearances.
2. Accepting these terms
By using the Site, creating a member account, or purchasing a paid membership, you agree to these Terms of Service (including the Disclaimer in section 16 below) and to our Privacy Policy, which covers cookies too. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
3. What the Site offers
Free content: the blog, the public scoreboard, press materials and event listings.
Ask Igor: a tool that matches your question to Igor's existing, dated, published predictions and answers. It retrieves; it does not generate personal advice.
Free membership ("Misfits"): an account created with your email address via a sign-in link. Free members get unlimited Ask Igor questions, a member profile, and our newsletter where they have opted in.
Paid membership ("Secret Vault"): access to a curated research library of links and resources, for as long as your subscription is active.
4. Accounts
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. No passwords exist; keeping your inbox secure is how you keep your account secure.
You must provide a working email address that is yours. One account per person.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the Site, attempt to scrape or resell its content, or otherwise break these terms. Where reasonable we will warn you first.
You can stop using your account at any time, and you can ask us to delete it through the contact form on the Site.
5. Paid memberships and billing
Prices, billing periods and what is included are shown at the point of purchase. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access then runs until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law says otherwise.
EU right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. By asking for immediate access to the Secret Vault, you consent to us delivering the digital content right away and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once access has been given. If you prefer to keep the withdrawal right, contact us before accessing the content.
We may change subscription prices. Changes never apply mid-period; we will tell you before a renewal at a new price, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
6. Predictions, Ask Igor and the scoreboard
Igor's predictions, the scoreboard, and every Ask Igor answer are foresight and opinion, published for information and inspiration. They are not investment, financial, legal, tax, medical or other professional advice, and no track record, including the published accuracy rate, is a promise about the future. The Disclaimer in section 16 sets this out in full and applies to everything on this Site.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
scrape, harvest, bulk-download or republish Site content, including the Secret Vault and the prediction library, whether by hand, script or automated agent;
share, resell or circumvent access to paid content or member-only areas;
use the Site to send spam, upload malicious files, or probe, overload or disrupt our infrastructure;
impersonate anyone, or misrepresent an affiliation with us.
8. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including texts, predictions, artwork, video, photography and the Igor Beuker name and marks, are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights, held by us or our licensors.
You may read, share links to, and quote short excerpts of public content with attribution. Any other reproduction or commercial use needs our written permission first.
Accredited press may use the materials in our press and media room for editorial coverage.
9. What you send us
Questions you ask through Ask Igor, form submissions, and other content you send us remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and process them to operate the Site, and to use questions in anonymised, aggregated form (for example, to see which topics people care about). We never publish a question in a way that identifies you without asking first.
10. Third-party services and links
The Site links to third-party sites and embeds third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data. Their own terms apply.
11. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Site fast and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or retire features. If we permanently retire the Secret Vault while you have an active subscription, we will refund the unused part of your current period.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of the Site or a membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or affects rights that consumers have by law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law lets you litigate where you live. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. For material changes affecting active memberships we will notify you by email or on the Site before they take effect. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.

16. Disclaimer
16.1 Foresight, not advice
Everything on this Site, including the blog, the scoreboard, the prediction library, Ask Igor answers, talks, and the Secret Vault, is published for information and inspiration. It is foresight and opinion. It is not investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, medical advice, or any other form of professional advice, and it is not an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
Decisions you make, including decisions about money, markets, crypto assets, technology bets or your career, are yours alone. Talk to a qualified, licensed adviser who knows your situation before acting on anything you read here.
16.2 About the track record
Igor's predictions are published dated and kept on the record, including the misses. The accuracy rate shown on the Site is a historical figure calculated over those published calls. Past performance of predictions is exactly that: past. It is no guarantee that any current or future call will land, and it must not be treated as a reason to rely on any single prediction.
16.3 Ask Igor answers
Ask Igor matches your question to predictions and answers Igor has already published. The answer you see was not written for you personally and takes nothing about your circumstances into account. Using it does not create any advisory, fiduciary or professional relationship between you and us.
16.4 Accuracy and availability
We put real care into what we publish, but we make no promises that the Site is complete, current, or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time. Facts and figures, especially about fast-moving markets and technologies, can date quickly.
16.5 Third-party content and links
The Site links out generously, including the research links in the Secret Vault. Those destinations are not ours: we do not control them and do not endorse or answer for what you find there. The same goes for third-party platforms where Igor's talks and interviews appear.
16.6 Speaking and media content
Views Igor expresses on stage, in interviews and in press appearances are his own and do not necessarily reflect the views of event organisers, clients or partners. Recordings and quotes may be edited by the platforms that publish them.
16.7 Reliance
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on content on this Site. Section 12 sets out the full liability arrangement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
