Fit in or stand out?

Fitting in is a career. Standing out is a life. Fitting in means editing yourself down until the room approves and the algorithm is happy. Standing out means keeping the edges that made you dangerous. I was fired from a football club and a university for the edges. Those same edges built 5 companies and 24 social startups. Big Tech monetizes the first group: 1 feed, 1 opinion, 1 dopamine loop. The second group gets punished, until the day the room needs exactly what they have. Then they call it vision and put it on a keynote poster.
