Why does Igor Beuker want more entrepreneurs instead of governments?

5% of the working population are entrepreneurs and they build most of what works. My goal, stated on stage in Riyadh before the Saudi royal family: grow that to 10 to 20%, because more entrepreneurs do more good, faster than governments. Not a prediction. A goal, and a $1.1 trillion funding gap waiting for them.
