What does Igor Beuker look for in founders?

I look for resilience, adaptability, curiosity, and raw execution. Great founders are rarely the smartest person in the room. They are the most persistent, the most resourceful, and the fastest to learn from failure. Ideas are cheap and timing is fickle. I back the founder who keeps shipping through adversity, the misfit the system could not file: misunderstood first, proven later.
