Which countries pay for Ozempic-class weight-loss drugs?

The US, through the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge pilot from 1 July 2026 at $50 a month, plus the UK, the Netherlands and Japan under strict limits. Germany refuses: its law classes weight-loss drugs as lifestyle drugs, and a court upheld that in June 2026. My call is 20 paying countries by 2030, Germany still not among them.
