What is the future of the space economy?

The space economy becomes one of the largest growth markets of this century. I said it in 2018, black on white, before everyone else, and NASA called me about it: a modern-day gold rush 100 times bigger than Bitcoin. I predict reusable rockets, satellite networks, orbital manufacturing, and commercial exploration will spawn entire industries beyond Earth, and I put the number on it: $5 trillion a year by 2050, $3 trillion of it from mining. What looked like government theater is now a private gold rush. The infrastructure layer is being built right now, and the businesses stacked on top arrive faster than skeptics expect.
