Igor's call, in full

I said it on stage in Paris in 2018 and in business media the same year: space mining will be 100 times bigger than Bitcoin. People laughed. The logic was always brutally obvious. Bitcoin is digital scarcity, capped forever. Space is not an asset, it is an industrial expansion layer: raw materials, energy, infrastructure, logistics, defense, and eventually an off-planet economy. I forecast the space industry passes $5 trillion by 2050, and space mining alone runs toward $100 trillion-plus over the decades that follow, because abundance replaces scarcity once Earth is no longer the only warehouse. I walked the talk. In 2019 I put 500,000 euros into SpaceX private equity. At around an $800 billion valuation that stake is roughly $40 million; if SpaceX reaches $1.5 trillion, the return moves toward $95 million. That is what asymmetry looks like when you bet on the rails before the world sees the continent on the other side.

SPACE INDUSTRY: >$5 TRILLION BY 2050.
SPACE MINING: ~$100 TRILLION+ OVER THE DECADES AFTER THE 2040s-2050s.
