Will humans really live in space?

Gradually, yes. I predict permanent human presence in orbit, on the Moon, and eventually on Mars becomes realistic this century, even if mass settlement stays a long-term challenge. I skip the hype timelines, and my rule for the loudest 1 never fails: add 2 years to whatever Musk promises, then judge the vision on its own merits. Real vision, brutal timeline, both true at once. The direction is clear and the early infrastructure is real. The honest uncertainty is the schedule, not the destination. Humanity is becoming a multi-world species, slowly.
