How much revenue does OpenAI make by 2030?
ChatGPT has 1 billion weekly users, 50 million pay, OpenAI earns $25 per user a year and burns 65 cents of every dollar. 950 million users pay nothing. Altman's $280 billion plan needs $102 per user from 2.75 billion people. My call: $75 per user on 2 billion users, $150 billion in revenue by 2030, $60 billion of it LLM ads, ads plus royalties over half, cash-flow positive in 2031, not 2030.
