The AI market itself is only the visible tip. I put the AI market at around $500 billion in 2025, with generative AI roughly $60 billion of that. But the market size is not the point. The point is the economic value it unlocks across every other industry, which I put at around $25 trillion by 2040. That is the gap most people miss. They price the software. They do not price what the software does to healthcare, logistics, finance, media, and manufacturing all at once.
