Will AI replace humans?

No, but it will replace tasks and rewire workflows. I made the call 15 years ago and I stand by the number: by 2030 robots, automation, and AI take roughly 30% of repetitive and routine work. Parts of jobs, not whole jobs. Most jobs change shape, humans do not become irrelevant. I reject both lies: the media says AI destroys all jobs because fear sells clicks, and the Big Tech CEOs say it changes nothing to keep you calm and invested. I have no stock to pump and no panic to sell. The threat was never AI. The threat is the human who refuses to use it while a rival sprints ahead.
