What is actually in fast food?
Chemistry, printed on their own ingredient lists. A nugget carries more than 30 ingredients: chicken padded with starches, phosphates and lab-built flavors, sugar hiding in the nuggets, the buns, the sauces, even the fries. 200 years ago people ate a couple of pounds of sugar a year, today around 60 pounds. Sugar is a poison at that dose, and ultra-processed food is its delivery system.
