FORGE YOUR WHY & EMPATHY | SIMON SINEK x BRENE BROWN
The world is full of loud people with no inner compass: big voices, small values. Rich bank accounts, bankrupt character.
I am not trying to turn you into a polished public speaker. I am trying to help you become a better human being: someone with a clear purpose, strong morals, and enough compassion to share wealth, power, and credit with others.
How did being an empathic and compassionate person reward me? It earned me invitations to speak from icons like Sir Richard Branson and Novak Djokovic. Doors to the most incredible futurism, science, and philanthropy projects opened.
To get there, you need two things: a why that guides your life, and a heart that truly feels like other people. That is where fellow public speakers Simon Sinek and Brené Brown come in.
Most people have no clear why. No purpose, no script, just noise. That is why I send people back to school with straightforward homework: watch Simon Sinek’s talk Start with Why again. And take notes like a maniac:
https://youtu.be/u4ZoJKF_VuA
Sinek’s model is simple: people do not buy what you do, they buy why you do it. But what if you do not have a why yet? Then you build one.
My version is Purpose, Passion, Paycheck, and Preferred Lifestyle.
Maybe even your legacy.
Here is the exercise I give misfits:
Write your own Wikipedia / Grokipedia page for 2040. Describe your purpose, the causes you backed, the companies you built, the islands you helped, and the lifestyle you live. Then I go to work and reverse engineer from that future back to today.
I took Richard Branson’s Wiki page as my inspiration.
Now the second piece.
I remove people with huge egos and zero honor from my life like cancer. Why? Because manipulators and sympathy performers are not misfits. Misfits operate on empathy and compassion, not slick manipulation.
If you want to understand the line between sympathy (looking down from the balcony) and empathy (climbing down into the cave), watch this short animated clip from Brené Brown:
https://youtu.be/1Evwgu369Jw
These 2 minutes with Brené can improve every conversation you ever have, in both your personal and professional life.
Put these two together, and you get real power: a clear why that drives you to do good, and an empathetic heart that refuses to dehumanize others.
Suppose you have already seen both videos, perfect. You can start writing your 2040 Grokipedia page and start behaving like the future version of yourself you would actually be proud of.
Final tip? Big ego, zero honor? Carve them out of your life. Ruthlessly.
Waiting is a mistake.

KANYE WEST SPEECH | ARE YOU CONNECTING
If you are a misfit, creator, or social entrepreneur who feels misunderstood, this iconic Ye moment is a masterclass in unapologetic vision. Watch it, and you will never look at “likes” and sales numbers the same way again.
In 2016, Kanye West went on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and dropped an unprompted monologue that left daytime TV shaking.
Ye talks about creativity and billion-dollar ideas, then fires the line that matters most: “Are you connecting?” Not “Are you trending?” Not “Are you viral?” Are you actually connecting with people in a way that moves culture forward?
https://youtu.be/W58_fnZ3oGQ
Do I agree with everything Ye has said or done since? Absolutely not. But he dares to speak up. His mind is sharp, and he keeps pushing business and brand marketing to the next levels.
But this specific clip is about something else: the raw frustration of a creator who sees systems optimizing for safe, boring, ad-friendly content instead of breakthrough ideas.
If you are building a company, a movement, or a personal brand, I want you to study this moment with a pen in your hand, not a popcorn bucket.
Ask yourself: are you chasing vanity metrics, or are you building a connection that will outlive the algorithm?
With a bit more introspection, you might be creating for the greater good and establishing a legacy while you are here, without too many compromises or society’s approval.
Ye thinks beyond fans on lease; he also owns his IP, media, and fans!
Sounds more like a misfit, right?

DENNIS RODMAN | PLAYBOOK FOR MISFITS
Dennis Rodman is the NBA’s rockstar Misfit, the anti-hero who turned hustle into headlines, defense into theater, and 5 NBA championship rings with the Pistons and Bulls into a legacy.
I am writing this as a salute to a living legend and a misfit on a mission. Not to romanticize chaos, but to show entrepreneurs, artists, and athletes that you do not need permission, pretty optics, or “good boy” branding to dominate.
Rodman did not win by outscoring people. He won by out-working his lungs, out-positioning his ego, and owning an identity the league could not predict or contain. In a world that worships shiny generalists and LinkedIn multi-hyphenates, Rodman is the antidote: role obsession as a superpower.
Let us talk about receipts. Five NBA titles. Seven consecutive rebounding crowns. Two Defensive Player of the Year awards. Seven All-Defensive First Team selections. Naismith Hall of Fame, 2011.
Rodman did not beat teams by scoring more points. He beat them by creating more possessions. Extra possessions are compound interest. That was Rodman’s whole game: change the math, change the outcome.
People saw colored hair, tattoos, piercings, and chaos. What did they miss? A nerd.
Watch: Dennis Rodman Top 10 Plays of Career:
https://youtu.be/WBhPpPn-4sY
Rodman studied shot arcs, spin, and bounce angles with the precision of a physicist. He knew how different shooters put different spins on the ball and where that ball would land. That is not “good instincts.” That’s film. Reps. Obsession.
Traditionalists saw a circus. Teammates gained reliability: violent box-outs, elite switches, and psychological warfare were on tap. He made himself uncancellable before the word existed—because he had the one thing cancel culture cannot touch: performance with receipts.
That is the misfit lesson here. You do not need to be everything, everywhere, all the time. Pick the narrow role you can own, your rebound, your edge, and master it so thoroughly that the whole system has to adjust to you.
Rodman did not just rebel. He engineered wins. If you are a Misfit, that is the assignment: own your truth loudly, design leverage from it, and let performance cash the checks. The rest? Optics.
If this resonates with you where you are right now, save this as your playbook for the next 90 days and run it in your business, craft, or sport.
Remember the Rodman way: Misfits do not ask for permission; they ask for forgiveness.
You can stop crying for approval from mom and dad.

F1 LEGEND NIKI LAUDA | THE POWER OF LOSING
F1 legend Niki Lauda was not just another Formula 1 champion. He was the Austrian math mind of motorsport: three World Drivers’ titles, 25 race wins, and one of the most legendary comebacks in sports after his near-fatal Nürburgring crash in 1976.
He turned pain into precision, then reinvented himself as an aviation entrepreneur with Lauda Air and Niki, and later as Mercedes’ chairman and advisor in the hybrid era.
Lauda passed away on May 20, 2019, at the age of 70, but his legacy lives on in safer racing, social impact, and one unforgettable line: “I dedicate this award to the losers.”
If you have never seen that moment, do yourself a favor and watch the 30-second clip here:
When legendary and cause athlete Niki Lauda dedicated his award to the losers in that inspiring speech, it hit me differently. Because for me, Lauda is not just a video. He is the guy who once asked if I had the guts to get on his Cigarette powerboat.
One day, in Marina Ibiza, we discovered a Cigarette powerboat roaring loudly, like 100 lions going on a hunt. We ran toward the sound. The monster boat was bouncing against the Goodyear tires on the wall.
We saw 3 mechanics and a man with a cap. In my adrenaline, I blurted out: “Buenos, Mister Lauda, how are you? It wants to ride and roar. Are you taking it for a spin?”
“Yes, we are. Do you boys have the guts to join me?”
We shouted and jumped, hands up in the air. The 1-hour ride was phenomenal. When we were back on shore, we offered to pay for the gasoline.
Niki smiled and said, “You men have great manners. Give me your number. I will app you when we ride again in a few days. You are welcome to join.”
That is how we met the legend. We asked him questions about racing, his career, and his life. What a humble man and fantastic role model.
For misfits and people, the world calls losers, Lauda’s message is simple: losing is data. It is feedback. It is fuel.
Champions are not the ones who never crash; they are the ones who come back burned, scarred, and still choose to race again.

WHY THIS SHARK SAYS | NO RICH KIDS
Social entrepreneurship and public speaking bring me into speaker lounges (backstage) with the most inspiring people: top artists, world leaders, and CEOs. How about sharing the stage with Shark Tank’s Barbara Corcoran?
In this story, tips for the parents, inventors, social entrepreneurs, impact investors, and VCs. The ones who see things differently. If you are still thinking about adding one of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to your startup pitch deck?
Barbara and I share the same misfit vision! We don’t invest in rich kids or entitled, spoiled youngsters. Why not? Short explanation in this video clip from Barbara – watch the video clip here:
https://youtu.be/vAWxQq_xjbQ
Corcoran says it bluntly: “I don’t invest in rich kids.” Not because they are stupid, but because they are soft. Rich kids often come with polished CVs, perfect internships, and daddy’s Rolodex. But when does the shit hit the fan? Many have never had to fight their way out of anything.
I have seen the same pattern for over 25 years on stages and in startups: the founders who grew up with bills on the table, started side hustles at 15, and had no Plan B. They don’t flinch when things get ugly. They improvise. They grind. They need it to work. That “I'm-not-going-back” energy you can’t buy with family money – and you can’t fake it with a pitch deck.
So yes, I am with Barbara: I would rather bet on grit over privilege, on misfits who were underestimated, not over-funded. The market doesn’t care about your last name, only whether you can ship, adapt, and survive.
If you are a rich kid reading this? Relax. You are not doomed. But you will have to manufacture your own adversity, your own hunger, your own scars. Barbara and I refuse to fund entitlement. We invest in fighters.
How do you translate this to your own personal progress? In the way you are raising your kids?
My lessons for social entrepreneurs, impact investors, and VCs with a soul?
When we hire developers from Latam and Africa? These entrepreneurs invest 80% of their income back into their local communities, from the inside out, helping to solve poverty. They have no SDGs in their pitch decks.
Now that is authentic social entrepreneurship and pure misfit power!

NAZI RACIST FASCIST | ANTI-GASLIGHTING PLAYBOOK
You are a Nazi. You are a racist. You are a fascist. You are woke poison. You are the problem. That is the average IQ of public debate in 2025. Welcome to the world of the woke.
One lazy label, one clipped video, and your reputation can be on fire before you finish your espresso. These words no longer describe reality. They are digital drive-by shootings. Behind the smear sits the real operating system: gaslighting.
Gaslighting is not only a toxic ex who says, “That never happened.” Gaslighting is a power play. It is deliberate psychological manipulation that makes you doubt your own reality so that you become easier to steer. Therapists use the term for abusive relationships. Politicians, mainstream media, and Big Tech turned it into a scalable business model.
If you read this story, you will learn how that playbook works, how to spot it in politics, media, and pop culture, and how to defend your reputation the moment someone calls you Nazi, racist, fascist, or woke trash.
In other words: this piece will weaponize you, so if they ever come for you with labels and lies, you know exactly what game they are playing—and how not to lose your mind or your career.
You saw it live.
The BBC cut Trump’s January 6 speech into a Frankenbite, removed “peacefully and patriotically,” aired the juicier version, then mumbled an apology and pulled the show only after leaks, outrage, and the November 9, 2025, resignations of Director-General Tim Davie and BBC News CEO Deborah Turness. The edit went viral, the correction went missing – and now Trump is coming after them with a defamation lawsuit threat seeking up to $5 billion in damages. That is not journalism. That is a broadcast deepfake with a British accent.
Fauci was sold as “The Science.” If you questioned masks, lab leaks, or gain-of-function, you were treated like a bioterrorist with Wi-Fi. Now, we know Fauci lied about everything. He should be investigated under the Nuremberg Code for crimes against humanity. Translation: you were never crazy. You were early. That’s why they gaslighted you.
Joe Rogan caught Covid, took doctor-prescribed Ivermectin, and several outlets branded it “horse dewormer.” Human dose, human drug, but the meme was too tasty. Only when Rogan had CNN’s doctor in the studio did the truth slip out: yes, that framing was wrong. The lie got prime time. The correction got a hostage vibe.
So how does a misfit stay sane in Gaslight Nation?
Name the trick: gaslighting. Keep receipts: screenshots, quotes, dates. Run a three-question filter on every outrage: what are the facts, who cashes in if you believe this, and what is this meant to distract you from?
Refuse bad-faith fights. You do not win chess against pigeons. They knock over the pieces, shit on the board, and strut off like world champions.
You can become ungaslightable. That is the real protection misfits need now.
CNN, BBC, etc.? Lying, smearing, gaslighting, dirty media, owned by the Deep State.

JAMES O’KEEFE | WHAT’S YOUR PRICE?
Sit with warriors, and the conversation is different. Since Biden-Harris ESTA-banned me, I have been unable to enter the US for 4 years. I have been locked up abroad for speaking truth to power. Fuck your Bugattis. Money does not impress me; morals and values do.
I get offers up to $75k to headline events with Bill Gates and Bill Clinton. We kindly say, “No. No, thank you.” It is a hard no to their programming and values.
Me? On the stage (and backstage) with 27-time Epstein Island goer Bill Clinton?! They even offer to double my fee. “Not for 10 billion” is our answer.
I respect men and women who speak up against lies, corruption, and pure evil, who risk their existence by protecting our children from predators, pedophiles, and organ harvesters.
Journalist James O’Keefe asked a question that left many speechless: What is your price for freedom?
One million? Ten million? Your job, reputation, freedom, or your life. Every misfit, creator, or whistleblower will face it: What is your price for staying silent versus speaking up in a world turning medicine and the internet into weapons of mass surveillance?
You already see governments and big tech building systems that can freeze you out of society with one click. That sense of disempowerment is not a bug; it is part of the design.
James O’Keefe built a career walking into institutions with a hidden camera and walking out with receipts. In his series “My Price Is My Life,” he talks to people who traded comfort for truth and paid in raids, lawsuits, and character assassination.
The interview that triggered this piece:
https://youtu.be/PS50EKDj6TU
When he asks, “What is your price?” he is not talking about clickbait numbers. The deal is brutal: a promotion to keep quiet, or the risk of losing your savings and safety for speaking up. That is the divide today, not Left versus Right, but between those who sell their conscience for comfort and those who refuse.
The internet, digital IDs, and surveillance platforms like Palantir, Oracle-based state systems, and spyware such as Pegasus are becoming cyber-weapons; add social-credit-style scoring, and you get programmable citizens who behave because they fear being switched off.
One million. Ten million. Your job. Your reputation. Your life. What is your price for staying silent in a world that is building a programmable cage around you?
If your answer is “My price is my life,” then start acting like it. Build your privacy stack. Protect your sovereignty. And when the moment comes, stand up and
speak up anyway.

AI SNEAKER FACTORY | THE FUTURE OF FOOTWEAR
If you still think sneakers are just shoes, this tech trend video should slap you awake.
In Henderson, Nevada, Summitz Footwear built an AI-powered sneaker factory with three robotic arms and advanced automation, aiming to produce 50 production lines and 20 million pairs a year from Las Vegas.
This is not a gimmick. This is what happens when artificial intelligence and additive manufacturing stop being conference talk and start running the show.
Watch the FOX5 Las Vegas report here and see the future of footwear for yourself:
https://youtu.be/aKo63lLY_E8
Sneakers As Software, Not Dead Stock
Look closely. You do not see a cool machine. You see a local, automated, data-driven micro factory that treats sneakers like software. Designs can be updated in code. AI can optimize flows.
Production can be scaled without begging for more cheap labor in yet another low-wage country. While traditional brands still bet entire seasons on guesswork and congested supply chains, this line can adapt in real time based on data, not opinions.
This is the wave I have been warning you about for years. AI as infrastructure, not a toy. Additive manufacturing as a weapon against slow, linear manufacturing and warehouses full of dead inventory.
Power grids are under pressure from EVs, AI, Crypto, and humanoids, forcing more innovation, greater efficiency, and more local production rather than mega-plants in the middle of nowhere.
What This Means for Your Industry
If a sneaker factory in Henderson can do this with shoes, someone in your industry can do the same to you. Toys, furniture, fashion, tools, hospitality gear, equipment, gadgets: everything that lives on a shelf today can be redesigned for AI-assisted, on-demand production tomorrow.Brands that refuse to rethink how they design, make, and deliver will not slowly decline. They will wake up one day and realize the margin, the fanbase, and the category have already moved.
What This Means for You Personally
You can be the freelancer coining this trend instead of watching it on YouTube. You can launch a startup that uses AI and 3D printing to disrupt one niche, own that space, and make a $50 million exit while incumbents are still talking about digital transformation in beige boardrooms.Misfits do not wait for permission. Misfits move, experiment, and slay.
So once again, buy that 3D printer for $199 as a family gift, train your own AI, and start building the future from your living room table.
Next, invest in 3D printing and additive manufacturing firms. Preferably, start your own.

JEREMY CLARKSON POWER PIVOT | FROM ZERO TO HERO
This story is for misfits, founders, media makers, and anyone who fears that one public screw-up will end their career. If you ever lost a job, a client, or your reputation, Jeremy Clarkson’s pivot from “cancelled petrolhead” to Amazon’s unlikely farm hero is the case study you need.
In 2015, the BBC fired Clarkson after an investigation found he had assaulted a Top Gear producer. At its peak, Top Gear pulled 350 million viewers a week across more than 200 countries and was worth more than 50 million pounds a year to the BBC through global sales, DVDs, books, live shows, and merchandise.
Most people would have crawled away. Clarkson doubled down on his persona. What a mega metamorphosis, certainly considering his age. A Math Man calculates. A Misfit never gives up. I guess Clarkson is a hybrid.
Within months, Amazon signed Clarkson, Hammond, May, and producer Andy Wilman for The Grand Tour under a three-series deal reportedly worth around $250 million. For Amazon, which was not just entertainment, it was a customer acquisition weapon. For Clarkson, it was a very loud message: platforms are temporary, tribes are portable.
Then came the real pivot: Clarkson’s Farm. A sixty-something TV host buys a Cotswold’s farm and turns his own incompetence into the most-watched Amazon original in the United Kingdom.
Millions of people watched the first episode of season two in the first week. They became Amazon’s most-watched original series in the United Kingdom, beating even The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power. Month after month, it ranked Prime’s top-streamed title in the UK.
https://youtu.be/pGNO-9fP_D4
Add in The Grand Tour, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, books, the farm shop, the pub, and live shows, and Clarkson now sits on a serious portfolio of income streams that he built after the BBC kicked him out of its club.
The production companies behind The Grand Tour alone have booked multi-million-pound annual profits. That is what happens when a line item on a broadcaster’s balance sheet decides to become a business in its own right.
The lesson is not “punch your producer.” The lesson is this: if you build an authentic audience and a sharp, consistent character, you can survive a platform, a boss, or even a broadcaster that tries to erase you. Clarkson moved from being owned by a show title to owning his IP and his ecosystem, powered by one thing the BBC did not own: his relationship with his fans.
If you are a business founder, creator, or artist who just hit a wall, study this pivot. Your career is not the show you are on. Your career is the tribe that will follow you to the next field, the next platform, or the next farm gate, if you dare to reinvent yourself radically.
Born in 1960, Clarkson was written off by many insiders in his sixties, yet he underwent a remarkable transformation.
Clearly, age is nothing but a number. It’s a mindset game. Think Clarkson.
Remember why I always tell you: Own your IP, your media, formats, and fans?
