What is the future of lab-grown food?

Lab-grown food, meat grown from animal cells in a tank instead of on a farm, becomes critical as global demand climbs. Upside Foods and Eat Just sell it, Beyond Meat lost 90% of its stock value proving plant burgers alone do not win.
