The Gulf. Riyadh, Abu Dhabi and Dubai. They have 2 things Las Vegas does not: sovereign money and the speed to spend it. My 2040 map: Vegas stays flat. Riyadh and Abu Dhabi scale. Dubai goes global. Singapore holds steady. Los Angeles mixes Hollywood with live shows. Macau, Seoul and Bangkok push from behind. I said this live on stage in Riyadh.
