What is Igor Beuker's view on innovation?

Innovation is a mindset, not a department. I founded and sold 5 martech companies and watched cultures of experimentation outlast every status quo defender. You cannot quarantine innovation inside a single team and expect the company to stay relevant. It has to be the culture. Firms that treat innovation as a job title instead of a default setting are already losing.
